The Zaaitmeknes estate originates from Meknès. For three generations, the family has cultivated its olive groves, producing and harvesting a unique variety of olive.

This oil was originally made using traditional artisanal methods. Over the generations the estate expanded, just like the family.

The reputation of this oil spread throughout the region, thanks to its distinctive taste, smooth texture, and the care taken in its production.
